Like the residents of Mulbury, Juno Harvey believes most problems can be solved with a strong pot of tea, a quirky group of neighbours, and a willingness to ask one question too many. She lives in Victoria, Australia, with four ducks and two dogs who supervise the writing process closely and contribute nothing useful. Five quince trees in the orchard produce far more fruit than two people can reasonably eat, and the vegetable patch rampages with summer tomatoes. Before she started killing off fictional Australians for a living, she worked as a marriage celebrant, a Christmas elf, and a physiotherapist. She also works as an academic — someone has to pay for the duck food!
